Submitting an RFQ does not create a purchase order, supply agreement, agency relationship, or obligation for Cylex to quote or supply an item. 4. Quotations and product information
Availability, price, lead time, origin, delivery estimates, specifications, and alternatives shown or discussed before a formal quotation are preliminary and may change. A quotation is valid only for the period and subject to the conditions stated in that quotation. Manufacturer names, part numbers, and trademarks are used for identification and remain the property of their respective owners.
